These terms and conditions govern your use of GetSugarDate, our sugar dating platform. By creating a profile, browsing member content or messaging other members, you agree to the rules set out below.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
Accessing or using GetSugarDate means you accept these terms in full, together with our privacy policy and cookie policy, which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these documents, do not create an account or continue using the platform.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
Age and Legal Capacity
GetSugarDate is available only to adults who have reached the age of majority in their place of residence and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
One Account Per Person
Each member may hold a single active profile. Creating duplicate accounts, impersonating another person, or registering on behalf of someone else without authorization is not permitted.
Profile Accuracy
Information you provide - photos, age, location and description - must accurately represent you. Profiles that misrepresent identity undermine trust across the network and may be removed.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly through Contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
Members are expected to treat one another respectfully and to use the platform for genuine connections. The following conduct is prohibited:
- Harassment, threats or abusive language directed at another member
- Misrepresenting your identity, age or intentions on the platform
- Soliciting or offering illegal services of any kind
- Automated scraping, data harvesting or bot-driven account activity
- Sharing another member's private information without consent
- Sending commercial spam or unsolicited advertising through messages

4. Member Content and Membership Access
Content You Upload
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload to your profile. By posting content, you grant GetSugarDate a limited license to display it within the platform so other members can view your profile as intended.
Membership Tiers and Cancellation
The platform offers free and upgraded membership tiers with different levels of access to messaging, search and visibility features, as described on the homepage. You may cancel an upgraded membership at any time from your account settings; specific billing details are confirmed inside your account rather than on this page.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
GetSugarDate is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any particular member is who they claim to be, or that any arrangement will meet your expectations. Interactions with other members happen entirely at your own discretion, and you are responsible for your own safety when communicating with or meeting anyone through the platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GetSugarDate's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited.
